Using The Rocky Balboa Gym's AV System

*There are TWO Roku Remotes. Use the "TV" one to power on the television and then set it aside. The TV will auto-switch to use the Roku device plugged into the Yamaha receiver on the AV equipment rack between the two treadmills.

*Make sure the Yamaha receiver is powered ON and is turned to the ROKU input. Now you can use the other Roku remote to select apps, stream content, and enjoy stereo sound through the ceiling speakers!

*You can also switch inputs on the Yamaha receiver to the X-Box as well.
