The base rate to use the entire 62+ acre Ever After Estate varies
from $5,000/weeknight to $5,185 on weekend nights. Use our
reservation form to determine the current going rate for your
desired dates. Occasionally, a last minute rate for a lower price will be
offered to fill gaps in our calendar. This only happens when someone else has to cancel last minute and, unfortunately, forfeit their deposit. A list of last minute deals at this estate and a few of its "sister properties," can be found by clicking here.
As a guest of The Ever After Estate, you will have full
use of the
entire 62+ acre property and over 8,400 square feet of luxury living
space. Certain very small areas not shown on the website will be locked off as
private property of the owners' family. The maximum sleeping occupancy is 43 people. The minimum stay is 3 nights.
If you notice a 2 night GAP between previously booked dates in our
schedule, we will then allow a shorter reservation to fill that gap. Check-in/Check-out can be ANY day of the week YOU select. There is a fully-refundable security deposit of USD $1,500 and a standard, one-time cleaning fee of USD $888 per reservation.
Taxes are 11%. All linens, cookware, detergents, etc; are included.
A
representative will meet you upon your check-in/arrival at the Estate to
give you a full tour & orientation. Throughout your stay, that
representative will always remain just a phone call or text message away
in case you require any assistance at all. Our other nearby mega estates include

Note: At certain times, TOURS of The Ever After Estate are available for those who are seriously interested in booking it and who have already reviewed the estate's floor plan, 360 degree virtual tours, and tour videos....but who still have questions that we cannot adequately answer by phone or email. Tours last 60-90 minutes and are $285 per group. Once you officially book your stay, $200 of the tour fee is credited to your account/total. If you are have done all of the above and have a question we can't answer without a visit, please contact form to discuss the possibility of scheduling a tour date.

On-Property Massage Therapy -
An experienced, licensed massage therapist will set up a relaxing environment at any tranquil indoor or outdoor setting on the property...Enjoy a deep back rub to the sounds of our lagoon pool's waterfall or relax under a shady oak tree to a pre-recorded...or natural soundtrack -- USD $100/hour. Customized massage packages are possible.

Private Chef - Several area professional chefs are available to cater meals and gatherings for you at Ever After--- following any theme from romantic to festive. They can do poolside BBQs, elegant dinners, or both! Let our reservation agent know that you're interested in "private chef services!"

Maid Service - Mid-stay cleanings are available for approximately $385 depending on the workload involved. This usually includes bathrooms, kitchens, and general floor cleaning...Customized housekeeping packages are available as well.
Rates For Weddings
The Ever After Estate has played host to many dramatic, fairy tale weddings over the years. As long as you've booked the estate for 3 nights or more, you use its gorgeous grounds to create your dream ceremony & celebration! Our event fee is USD $2895 and that amount is completely waived for those who stay 7 or more nights. The event fee is also waived for small gatherings of 55 people or less. We can refer you to several wedding planners who have successfully catered to past guests. They will put together the perfect outdoor party----assisting with everything & anything including: catering, outdoor tents, music, officiates, tables, floral, chairs, decor, valet parking, miscellaneous entertainment, etc; Imagine getting married and then having an entire private island property alone with your new spouse for the entire evening OR having your family and bridal party stay a few days and party with you before leaving the two of you alone in blissful private island privacy!
