Nightly Rates For Vacations, Family Reunions, Retreats, & Similar Stays

The base rate to use the entire 62+ acre Ever After Estate for *upto* 43 people varies from as little as $2200 to as much as $2750 per night. Alternatively, you can opt to rent out just the two guest houses (10 bedrooms, 22 max sleeping capacity) for as little as $1,200 per night including all fees. Use our reservation form to determine the current going rate for your desired dates. Occasionally, a last minute rate for a lower price will be offered to fill gaps in our calendar. This only happens when someone else has to cancel last minute and, unfortunately, forfeit their deposit.

If you rent the entire Ever After Estate, you'll have full private access to the entire 62+ acre property and roughly 9,000 square feet of luxury living space. Certain very small areas not shown on the website will be locked off as private property of the owners' family. If you only* rent the guest houses, then the owner & his wife may be home in the main house (several hundred feet away) during your stay in the guest houses. They will stay out of your way but be available if you need help with anything during your stay. The maximum sleeping occupancy for a full property rental is 43 people and for a 'guest house only' rental, it's 22 people. The minimum stay is 3 nights but if you find a 2 night GAP between previously booked dates in our schedule, we will then allow a shorter reservation to fill that gap. Check-in/Check-out can be ANY day of the week YOU select.  There is a fully-refundable security deposit of USD $1,500 which doesn't need to be posted until just a few days before checkin (Reduced to $400 for 'guest house only' stays). Taxes are 11%.

A representative will meet you upon your check-in/arrival at the Estate to give you a full tour & orientation. Throughout your stay, that representative will always remain just a phone call or text message away in case you require any assistance at all. Our other nearby mega estates include The Great Escape Lakeside which was featured in the Guinness Book of World Records and starts at $1700/night and The Sweet Escape House which Travel & Leisure Magazine once called "...more magical than Disney World itself" -- beginning at $1500/night. Then there's the separately owned Lake Louisa Chateau 54 acre waterfront sports & game paradise from just below $2k/night! Lastly, you can also rent The Great Escape Parkside- a 15 bedroom game mansion from $1800 per night... Call or text us at 407-426-4315 with any questions!

Note: At certain times, TOURS of The Ever After Estate are available for those who are seriously interested in booking it and who have already reviewed the estate's floor plan, 360 degree virtual tours, and tour videos....but who still have questions that we cannot adequately answer by phone or email. Tours last 45-75 minutes and are $285 per group. Once you officially book your stay, the tour fee is credited to your deposit. The following additional services may be pre-scheduled w/ outside services in advance of your stay:

On-Property Massage Therapy - An experienced, licensed massage therapist will set up a relaxing environment at any tranquil indoor or outdoor setting on the property...Enjoy a deep back rub to the sounds of our lagoon pool's waterfall or relax under a shady oak tree to a pre-recorded...or natural soundtrack -- USD $110/hour. Customized massage packages are possible.  






Hawaiian Luau  - The ultimate in on-site luxury entertainment, a troupe from Orlando will perform a show that includes music, Hula girls, a fire dancer, & more. You get to choose the dinner menu AND the outdoor decor and props as well. Call Atwinda at 407-901-7493 or 407-579-6293  








Private Chef - Several area professional chefs are available to cater meals and gatherings for you at Ever After--- following any theme from romantic to festive. The Ever After Estate has played host to many dramatic, fairy tale weddings over the years. As long as you've booked the entire estate for 3 nights or more, you use its gorgeous grounds to create your dream ceremony & celebration!  There is no additional fee for events of <56 people. If you plan to have more people than that in attendance, the fee schedule is as follows:

44-69 People		70-94 People		95-125 People

*Please note, however, that all event fees are waived for those who stay 7 or more nights.  Remember: The event fee is also waived for small gatherings of 55 people or less. Groups who are only renting the guest houses are limited to a maximum of 25 people on site at any given time.

We can refer you to several wedding planners who have successfully catered to past guests. They will put together the perfect outdoor party----assisting with everything & anything including: catering, outdoor tents, music, officiates, tables, floral, chairs, decor, valet parking, miscellaneous entertainment, etc;  Imagine getting married and then having an entire private island property alone with your new spouse for the entire evening OR having your family and bridal party stay a few days and party with you before leaving the two of you alone in blissful private island privacy!
