The "secret stash" arcade room is modeled after the independent video rental & game stores of yesteryear. With a heavy emphasis on 80s and 90s lore, it features a Terminator 2 arcade machine, an original Super Nintendo, a Sega Genesis, and more! Of course, you're also surrounded by a library bursting with hundreds of DVD movies and tons of memorabilia.

Located in its own nook off the air hockey arcade, this room glows under the light of its own neon fixtures and lava lamps while providing a level of comfort & seclusion designed for immersive retro gaming experiences.


This retro video store & gaming room was a dream come true for the owners who grew up playing video games & watching movies in the 80s and early 90s. There are many Atari 2600 cartridges to choose from along with Nintendo and Sega titles as well. Of course, classic Super Mario games are always being reported as guest favorites!

All About Renting The FULL Property Vs. Renting Part Of The Property (Guest Houses)


What Are The Main Differences Between Renting The "Full Property" vs. Renting "Partially?" (the "Guest Houses")

When you rent the full property, you get the entire 62 acre estate including the owner's house AND both guest houses all to yourselves and you can sleep up to 43 people. When you reserve a partial rental, you can sleep upto 22 people in your own private guest houses while the owners live hundreds of feet away in their own home on the same 62 acre property. Renting the guest houses is a great way to experience our unique property for less and it'll still feel very much like you have the place almost entirely to yourselves.
If My Group Rents The Full Estate, Will We Have The Entire Property All To Ourselves?

Yes! Renting the full 62 acre estate means that no one else will stay on site during your visit. You'll have the main/owner's home AND the guest houses all to yourselves and can sleep up to 43 people. Keep in mind that doing a partial rental is still rather private too as the only other people on site will be the owners (who will be off in their own house).
If We Only Do A Partial Rental (The Guest Houses), Will Other People Be Staying There With Us?

When you rent the entire property, absolutely NO ONE else will be staying there but you. If you rent only the guest houses, there will be CLOSE to no one else there. Only the owner (Andrew Greenstein) and his wife (Belinda Greenstein) will stay nearby at the 'owner's house' while you occupy the private guest houses hundreds of feet away. Andrew & Belinda will be living their own busy lives and remain virtually unseen unless you want to meet them or if you have any questions or require assistance. Most guests find this setup to be ideal because "the neighbors" (Andrew & Belinda) are still further away from where you'll be staying than the neighbors would be at almost any other vacation rental and it'll still essentially feel like you have a huge island property to yourselves. The guest houses can sleep up to 22 people so as long as you don't have more than that in your group, this is a great way to save money and still experience this one-of-a-kind unique private estate!
Do We Still Have Private Access To The Pool & Outdoor Amenities If We Rent Only The Guest Houses?

Absolutely! The owners will not be swimming while you're swimming and they will not be using any outdoor amenities while you are. Your time using the grounds will be your own private time whether your rent the entire property or just the two guest houses.

The owners only rent out the entire estate a few weeks each year (when they travel). If you're adamant about renting the entire property but don't see your dates available, it can't hurt to ask!
