The Ever After Estate is filled with quests, scavenger hunts, and other immersive challenges. Some of the most beloved ones include: The "Freeze Frame" room in which you arm yourself with a phone & a black light in an attempt to send Hollywood-themed multiversal trespassers back home, The "Boulevard of Dreams," where the biggest movie trivia buffs in your group will put their knowledge to the test, and the "Shipwrecked" mini-escape room where there's potentially real 'treasure' to be won!
All escape-room style immersive challenges are, of course, included with full property rentals. Those doing partial rentals, will have unrestricted access to our ancient Egyptian "Mummy" decoder quest room, scavenger hunts, and a family-orientated Ratatouille ingredient search game.

When you rent the full property, you get the entire 62 acre estate including the owner's house AND both guest houses all to yourselves and you can sleep up to 43 people. When you reserve a partial rental, you can sleep upto 22 people in your own private guest houses while the owners live hundreds of feet away in their own home on the same 62 acre property. Renting the guest houses is a great way to experience our unique property for less and it'll still feel very much like you have the place almost entirely to yourselves.
Yes! Renting the full 62 acre estate means that no one else will stay on site during your visit. You'll have the main/owner's home AND the guest houses all to yourselves and can sleep up to 43 people. Keep in mind that doing a partial rental is still rather private too as the only other people on site will be the owners (who will be off in their own house).
When you rent the entire property, absolutely NO ONE else will be staying there but you. If you rent only the guest houses, there will be CLOSE to no one else there. Only the owner (Andrew Greenstein) and his wife (Belinda Greenstein) will stay nearby at the 'owner's house' while you occupy the private guest houses hundreds of feet away. Andrew & Belinda will be living their own busy lives and remain virtually unseen unless you want to meet them or if you have any questions or require assistance. Most guests find this setup to be ideal because "the neighbors" (Andrew & Belinda) are still further away from where you'll be staying than the neighbors would be at almost any other vacation rental and it'll still essentially feel like you have a huge island property to yourselves. The guest houses can sleep up to 22 people so as long as you don't have more than that in your group, this is a great way to save money and still experience this one-of-a-kind unique private estate!
Absolutely! The owners will not be swimming while you're swimming and they will not be using any outdoor amenities while you are. Your time using the grounds will be your own private time whether your rent the entire property or just do a "partial" rental by staying in the two guest houses.
The owners only rent out the entire estate a few weeks each year (when they travel). If you're adamant about renting the entire property but don't see your dates available, it can't hurt to ask!
